“Inspiring Change: Transformational Leadership” is a 12-month membership program designed for social work Managers and Leaders to:

• Strengthen transformational leadership skills

• Build confident, resilient teams

• Mentor and empower staff for long-term impact

• Reflect on practice to lead with clarity, purpose, and authenticity

 

Monthly Topics:

1. Leadership Self-Awareness: Understand your leadership style, strengths, and areas for growth.

2. Emotional Intelligence & Resilient Leadership: Develop self-awareness, empathy, and emotional resilience.

3. Communication & Influence: Strengthen communication skills, persuasion, and professional influence. 

4. Team Development & Motivation: Enhance team cohesion, engagement, and performance.

5. Strategic Planning & Vision Implementation: Align leadership actions with organisational strategy.

6. Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Improve critical thinking, judgement, and innovative solutions.

7. Change Management & Innovation: Lead teams through change while encouraging innovation.

8. Ethical Leadership & Professional Integrity: Strengthen ethical decision-making and integrity.

9. Wellbeing & Leadership Sustainability: Maintain personal wellbeing while leading effectively.

10. Mentoring & Coaching Others: Develop the ability to mentor and coach team members effectively.

11. Organisational Impact & Stakeholder Relationships: Enhance leadership impact across teams and organisational systems.​

12. Consolidation, Reflection & Celebration: Reflect on leadership growth, consolidate learning, and plan ongoing development.

 

​Program delivery:

• 12 months of transformational leadership-focused development

• Monthly live group coaching (ZOOM, virtual);

• Structured learning & reflection;

• Monthly sessions fourth Thursday of the month 13:00 – 14:30;

• Program starts in February 2026;

• No session during the Christmas week;

• Monthly workbooks, exercises, and coaching sessions;

• Self-assessment and reflective tools;

• Peer community for shared learning and support;

• Unlimited support via email.
