About the event

8 Weeks Mental Fitness Coaching Program Mental fitness is developed by focusing on one physical sensation at a time.  This impacts on:

* Peak performance

* Peace of mind/wellness

* Healthy relationships

Mental fitness measures the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).

The relative strength of your positive Sage versus negative Saboteurs is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).

You can boost your PQ significantly with practice by improving on your self command mucle.

Overview​

- Weekly 1-hour Video Sessions with Shirzad Chamine (Founder and author of PQ); - Exclusive App Guiding Your Daily Practice;

- Daily practice to boost your 3 core mental muscles; - Daily mental exercises of 15 minutes in chunks of 2 – 3 minutes;

- Daily Progress Tracking;

- Interactive PQ Gym;

- One Year FREE access to PQ App;

- Weekly accountability POD meeting of 3-5 participants;

- 90 minutes weekly group coaching calls with myself Nelly;

- 2 accountability calls;

- Support in between sessions by email and messenger as and when needed.
