Is Transformation Coaching RIGHT for Me ? It is if :
- You feel stuck, trapped, confused, lost;
- You fear to fail and avoid taking action;
- You fear the unknown and avoid to be judged by others;
- You feel to need to always be in control;
- You want to gain a deeper understanding of yourself;
- You want to know your life purpose;
- You want to develop a positive mindset

Coaching is NOT for You when:
- You are not ready for change
- Have very traumatic past experiences
- You are dealing with drugs and alcohol
- You have mental health issues

What type of coaching are you specialised in?
I specialise in Identity coaching at the unconscious level which is the basis to understand where individuals are stuck. This could reflect in various aspects of their lives such as mental health, substance misuse, eating disorder, unhealthy relationships with food, personal and professional relationships, sex and love addiction and goal achievement. To achieve this, you would be ready for change, be committed, be open and willing to take actions.
I have experience of loosing my identity and I did not know who I was for many years. I have recreated my life by using specific skills that have proven to be helpful. These skills and more will be used to work with my clients.
I am not a licensed health care providers or therapists and I will not provide medical advice, engage in patient diagnosis, or practice therapy.

I will encourage, coach and/or act as a facilitator of your self-reflection, decision making, planning for the future, and creating life changes.
I can empower you to reach your greatest potential by providing you with the necessary tools to hold you accountable and ensure your success.
I will place you in the position to take ownership of your life by helping you create structure, routines, and community. It is believed that when an individual receives such guidance from one of our coaches, they are being provided with everything needed to create a life of discipline and purpose.
How long will you work with me?
I will work with you until the time you feel you have gained a full sense of yourself. My goal is to get you to a place of self-sufficiency, control, and empowerment you to the stage when I will not be needed.
I expect you to be open-minded, willing and committed to change. You will have to be consistent both in and out of sessions.
What is the cost of a coaching session?
You can have FREE 45 minutes Breakthrough where I can get to know you and your situation and begin to design a plan on how to best be support you through your journey of transformation.
