Regain your Inner Power!

Fear generates negative feelings of anger, frustration, sorrow, defeat, disgust, envy, jealousy, scared, stupid and more😭. We develop unhealthy methods such as being avoidant, pleasing and accept what we are told👎👂.

This results to inner conflicts with the feelings of discomfort, inauthenticity, resentment, sadness, 🤦‍♂️shame, guilt, rejection, not good enough, 🤦‍♀️and more.

We have been programmed to rely on external powers 👩‍🎓🕵️‍♀️📃who tell us what, how, when, and why to do things. With our inner conflicts, we don’t know the differences of our beliefs whether they are truly ours or that of others👩‍👩‍👧‍👦. We comply to them anyway for fear of rejection, not wanting to stand out or be heard and the need to be accepted. We forget that we have choices and prefer to go with the ‘flow’.

In this process, we unknowingly give away our inner power; 👀 the gap between our current selves and our authentic selves widens.

You still have choices such as decide to change your situation to move closer to your authentic self or do nothing and remain without your inner power.

✔To regain your inner power, ✔

👉ground yourself,

👉increase your self-awareness,

👉be loving towards yourself and others,

👉accept and embrace your weirdness, imperfections, and uniqueness.

This would increase how compassionate, forgiving, grateful 🙏, loving ♥ of self and humanity and the desire to impact others and the world. I have achieved a level of this and continue to grow. Thanks to Shirzad Chamine and the Positive Intelligence, Inc. for the training.

❓What is in your way of being your authentic self?❓

🙋‍♀️I will be glad to read your comments.🙋‍♀️
